THE RESTAURANT

Our well travelled Head Chef Tim Tolley is inspired by fresh and seasonal produce, creating innovative flavours through simple cooking. His focus is to create a well-balanced menu that is full of flavour.

Tim trained in the US and has worked as head chef at some outstanding venues. His wealth of experience is used to create exciting flavours, whilst also providing a choice of well-balanced options at a speed that is ideal for busy city workers.
