Fennel Club

Sweet Woodruff infused Bombay Sapphire gin, Casa Mariol Blanc vermut, home-made fennel seed & rosemary white wine sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice and touch of Absinthe topped with slimline tonic.

Ace of Spaded

Aberfeldy 12yo whisky, Antica Formula, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur and amarena cherry syrup topped with chocolate foam.

Amarillo Sour

Montelobos Mezcal, Chartreuse Vert, fresh lime juice and peach.

Tainted Love

Bacardi Ocho rum, Taylor’s LBV port, home-made chai tea syrup, fresh tangerine juice, fresh lemon juice.

Pear & Chamomile Sour

Dried chamomile infused Grey Goose, Manzanilla, pear liqueur, home-made pear syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white.

Barrel Aged Smoked Boulevardier

Rittenhouse Rye, Laprhoaig, Campari and Martini Riserva Rubino Aged for a month in an oak barrel.

Flinders Rose Smash

Capers infused Bombay Sapphire gin, Italicus liqueur, fresh lemon juice And home-made sundried tomato & basil white wine syrup.

Modern Alabazam

Prunes infused Il Nonino grappa, Solerno Blood Orange liqueur, home-made orange & jalapeno syrup, fresh lemon juice, bitters.

Floralis

Dried cranberry infused Finlandia vodka, home-made rose syrup, fresh lemon juice topped with home-made hibiscus and lychee soda.

Golden Abbey

Fair Rhum, Fair Coffee liqueur, home-made salted caramel syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white.

Sparkling Delight

Pampelle grapefruit aperitif and home-made basil, passion fruit & prosecco white wine syrup topped with Prosecco. Served with popping passion fruit boba.

Winter Ruby

Plymouth Sloe gin, home-made blood orange syrup And Rooibos, Orange & Cactus Fig infused Martini Riserva Rubino topped with Prosecco.

Berry Crush – Non alcoholic

Berry of your choice (raspberry, strawberry or blueberry) mixed with fresh lemon juice, vanilla syrup, cranberry juice and topped with soda water.

Red Moon

Rebel Yell Small Batch Rye whisky, fig liqueur, Manzanilla La Gitana and home-made goji & cloves red wine syrup.

Our ‘home-made’ pink gin - Bombay Sapphire infused with dried rose, strawberries, lavender and chamomile – topped with tonic water.
